  How do I create an account?  
  Go to the sign up page, and select the account type. You will be redirected to the account creation page where you simply fill in the required fields.

  Do I have to name the account users now?  
  Only one user is required for account activation. Additional users can be added later from the profile management page. (viewable once signed in)

  How do I sign in?  
  Proceed to the sign in page, enter your username, and password

  How do I cancel my account?  
 

All cancellations must be made in writing via fax  1-860-760-6042 or email sales@usaloadboard.com prior to the 25th day of your current billing cycle. Please include your name, company name, user name, and reason for cancellation.  You will be sent a confirmation email that your account has been cancelled.
Cancellations made over the phone will not be accepted.

  How do I add or edit my account users?  
  From the Member's dashboard (once logged in) click on "edit" (next to the information you'd like to change). This will bring you to the account maintenance page where you can add, delete, or change your account user names and extensions.

  My company moved to another location. How do I change my company address?  
  From the Member's dashboard (once logged in) click on "edit" (next to the information you'd like to change). This will bring you to the account maintenance page where you can add, delete, or change your account user names and extensions.

  How do I add an available load to the load board?  
  Proceed to the "Add a Load" page from the "My Account" dropdown menu, fill out all relevant fields, and click "Add Load" at the bottom of the page.

  How do I add an available Truck to the load board?  
  Proceed to the "Add a Truck" page from the "My Account" dropdown menu, fill out all relevant fields, and click "Add Truck" at the bottom of the page.

  How do I edit my Available Truck or Available Load Listing?  
  Click on "Manage Active Trucks / Loads" in the member dashboard, you will see all of your currently active listings. Simply click "edit" to revise your listing.

  How do I create classifieds listing?  
  Proceed to the "Classifieds" page from the "My Account" dropdown menu, fill out all relevant fields, select the category for your listing, and click "Add Listing" Please note that if you are not logged in, you will not see a form to fill out. The ability to create and edit classifieds listings is reserved for site members. If you are not a member but would like to add a classified listing, please send an e-mail to sales@usaloadboard.com containing your listing. If your listing contains material which could be of benefit to our customers, your listing will be added for a 30 day cycle for $10. Our classified ads are text only and our free to all of our members.

Why is Factoring/Quick Pay available on some but not all loads?
This service is provided by G Squared funding and is available for loads that meet both criteria set forth by G Squared. Loads posted by shippers/brokers who have a credit score of 90 or above and 35 days or less to pay are eligible.

  when I print out Load/Truck details, Why won't all the info fit on the page?  
  Most browsers have a default setting of "shrink to fit". This setting allows any web page to be printed in it's entirety by resizing the webcontent to print size regardless of your computer's resolution setting. For instructions to restore this setting, see the screen shot below
